Restrap is two!

Restrap and Fixed Gear Leeds present the Second Birthday Jam alley cat race and after party on Saturday March 3rd 2012...

Meet at 1.30 at the Henry Moore Institute ready to race at 2.30. Entry is £5 and includes a free limited edition Restrap t-shirt for every rider. The race is followed by track stand and skid competitions with yet more birthday prizes to be won.

Celebrations will continue into the night at Hukaz from 8pm, with showings of the Restrap video premier, Boikzmoind and To Live and Ride in LA. Oh, and beer.

Sefton Sprints

Another northern event for the diary - this one up in Liverpool. Group 3 lap races to qualify for a single lap sprint.

Superb Sprint

The Sprint frameset from Superb is definitely eye catching. You don't spot a huge amount of aluminium frames with smooth welds these days. The classic Cannondale track has definitely inspired this design with the oversized tubing. A great deal at only $599 for the frame and $100 extra for the fork.

Kirschner Brasil

Firstly, happy new year and apologies for the lack of posts - a little slackness but also a break with next to no internet access.

I thought this feature on Brazilian brand Kirschner was a good start to the year - nothing better than a little bikes and typography. See the full feature on the MadeBySix site - some other real nice projects up on there too.
