This photo has been doing the rounds online and like that Taco'd H+Son a while back, I'm sure it's generating alot of negative press. It was real good to see John Black from velocity personally contacting the wheel owner to sort it out - looks like they can deal with a wheel complaint a damn site better than a certain UK chain of bike shop...
