Saw some shots of this event over at Juice - The turnout looks pretty nuts! I was just wondering about the climate over there; loads of riders are wearing jackets, and I assumed it would be hot as hell.

southern hemisphere so its currently winter in Sao Paolo
The "event" is called 'bicicletada', portuguese name for 'critical mass'. Happens every last friday in the month.
thanks for the messages guys. I did think about that southern hemisphere seasons but thought sao paolo would be warm all year!
