Looks like specialized have got it right with the 2010 frameset. With some decent components these could be a very desirable OTP option. Look forward to seeing one built up. via.
UPDATE: Apparently this frame is NJS certified. Media: The new Langster steel is Specialized's first foray in to the world of Keirin racing. It will be the only mass produced NJS stamped Keirin framest made outside of Japan. Specialized have teamed up with Dokuru and will be providing frames and componentry to a Keirin team in 2010. Langster steel sold as frameset only, expected to arrive in Continental US stores by August 09. MSRP $650
Lets wait and see what happens. Word on the street (read - forums) is that the langster will be getting a redesign akin to the 2006 model.

"The Langster Steel frame has not been NJS approved. We are looking into it. It does pass the CEN standard tests."
