Swansea to London

Ty from the footdown has organised a 200mile ride from Swansea to London to raise funds in aid of Japan.

The aim is to raise £2000 - head here to see how you can join in the ride or sponsor those participating.

Gonna need a few steaks to get your strength up for this Ty (!)
